really, i can't express how so proud i am.
the joy is all inside and i just wanna scream it out! NOWWWWWWW
so many great things happened today and i thank God for that.
my magic performance for teachers' day concert today was let's say, the greatest and definitely the best experience i will NEVER EVER forget!
i mean, look at me.
i think i have grown!
i am no longer the quiet and insecured girl.
in fact, i feel confident of myself!
i am not afriad to show people who i really am!
and that's all that matters right? ;)
i sincerely with with all my heart, love to thank all those wonderful people who have been constantly giving me your unwavering support. i feel it. and you know that i really appreciate it.
your cheers, your hugs, your pats, your encouragement, everything you have done touched me and truly gave me strength to believe in myself.

seeing old friends again brought many flashbacks of how our friendships progressed and last.
i am glad that no one of us changed in any way.
had a whole lot of fun at esther's house! being random, crazy and just ourselves!
it's been quite awhile since i laughed till my stomach cramped, jaw-dropped.
i felt true happiness.

teachers' day.

all i can think of now is teachers' day.
today's prep in school was fruitful!
definitely exhausting, but fun =)
and my hand hurts now because of slamming covers onto the plastic boxes with fruits. (these are so called souvenirs for students)
ONE THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED BOXES.
just imagine. ouch.
but glad we're done with it.
yes!!!!! we finally decorated the hall! with balloons! my fav!
it's extremely nice! plus the banner too!
went with junhao and zhenghao to queensway to get trophys for Bikila house masters.
yay! everything is settled.
the trophys look simply great!
and good bonding session with both of them too.
oh oh before that, bikila house coucilors went to have lunch together.
had my horfun together with hq and aly.
and i did something quite gross. haha.
cause aly couldn't finsih her food so i decided to eat her leftovers. and she wanted to eat my veggies.
randomly, she picked up this piece of meat which looked pretty familiar to me.
as aly was just about to put into her mouth, i stopped her and said i spitted it out before.

You set me dancing!
my heart is once again lifted!
let's just say, i can do much with a little faith.
talk about being sensitive to the unfortunates of the world.
are we being sensitive if we cared only for our own problems?
yesterday i felt burdened because i was feeling down.
to think that me being down is bad enough, four friends came to tell me about how unhappy they are. their problems, anxieties, worries..
they came talking on and on about their problems like they are the only ones facing problems.
whining. complaining.
once again, you're not alone!
brothers and sisters of this planet, endure and get up.
think of the poor, the sick, the homeless, the devastated, the hungry, the hopeless, the unloved.
how big can your issue get. honestly.
failing a test? getting muscle aches? got scolded by parents? uncooperative PW mates? stressed from school?
to think about it, the poor kids don't even have an education.
this reminds me of a song, Heal the World by MJ.
today i felt more peaceful.
reminded myself,
if we are faithless, He will remain faithful.
smooth stones were rough once.
i want to be like David.
using just a slingshot and five smooth stones, and the huge giant is defeated.
not just one giant, five strong, tough giants.

mercy
a good friend of mine called when i was taking a nap just now.
she was sobbing.
crying.
she said, "Toby is missing."
and she went on sniffing and telling me what exactly happened.
i was stunned and probably had no idea what to say.
i listened and i pretty much understood how she felt.
i tried to comfort her and thought of positive ways to make her feel better.
i hope it did.
i couldn't sleep after that.
it's the feeling of losing someone.
empty.
this is the first time this friend called, crying.
and i am convinced that no man is strong all the time.
don't worry ting!
God answers prayers.
okay now i can't express how terrible today is.

REALIZATION
answers to questions raised in my mind.
i know HOW God wants to challenge and prosper me in my life!
through,
THE PROBLEMS, THE TRIALS AND THE TRIBULATIONS.
the studies, the friends and the family!
All He wants me to do is to meet a need and heal a hurt!
i'm not sure if i'm already doing it or have i even started?
it seems unclear to me sometimes and i wonder if i'm actually doing it right.
putting my trust in Him gives me the assurance that He will make a way for me no matter what because His Love is so BIG, even bigger than all the hurts of the world, much bigger than anything else!
a big Amen to that.
summing up, life is a test and a trust.
and this, i shall place safely in my heart.
sometimes, i really wonder if i have a talent.
everything seems pretty superficial. it's feels as if i ain't good at anything.
well, i guess encouragement can be a form of talent huh.
being good at words doesn't mean you're a good encourager, does it?
being sincere at words makes the difference.
oh well, if it is to be, it is up to me.

standing united!
CLASS TEE!!!
i was pretty glad that the class liked the class tee.
and wearing it today made the people around us comment about it.
alyssa told me that mostly said that our class tee was nice.
haha so yay! my hard work paid off.
but of course, thank you to those who helped in any way(: appreciate it.
i seriously need to brush up on my magic tricks!
mr choo asked alyssa and i to perform a magic show during teacher's day!
haha rather unexpected..
but i'll try my best la. hopefully it will be a success yea!
