Life is not a drive by.

Hello, just thought that you might be expecting some kind of news if you have read my previous post.

That's right, you got it, I... (Wait for it...) PASSED. Officially a legal driver! I think I was dying of happiness yesterday.

Because, if you knew about what happened just before my test, how bad my day started, you would have imagine how I was feeling prior the test and how the odds were totally in my favour eventually.

Truly, God never fails to turn things around when you begin to put your trust in Him. And He comes right on time.

I am so touched to know how supportive my family and friends are. Appreciate all the congratulatory calls and messages and words of encouragement... Means so much to me. Felt as if I was getting married.

Checking blind spots is challenging for stiff-necked people.

Driving Test in 2 days.

My only worry is the assessment in the driving circuit because I have only been there once and that one time was enough to freak me out because it was really quite challenging. I was told many times by my instructor that the speed of the vehicle has to be slow and gentle. And of no hurry. That is the problem. I have not gotten used to that and in the circuit... My! The turns and what nots are confusing! 

During the entire session with my instructor, I was pretty much having personal conversations in my mind. 

Figured that I should do what I do best. Stay calm. 

The day the ocean ate my spectacles.

Hi.
I lost my pair of spectacles in the ocean today.

I know that sounds stupid. It is. And it happened. And I'm grieving inside because it was my favourite pair.

I still remember asking my friend, "Does spectacles float or sink in water?"
And she said, "Sink."

There went my hope of what seemed like finding a needle in a haystack.

This lady is such an inspiration.

I was just thinking if I would have a story to tell in the future... Maybe not to the world, but at least to my close ones.

I cannot wait!
